KNOW YOUR BODY TYPE!!!

Are you going to start working out in the gym, do you really know why your body not growing? or why are you not progressing?
Before you all start your gym (workout), or any type of weight gaining or loss program. You must know what body type you are?





Nowadays most of the people out there don’t know that, what body type they are? And they just start training like a Nooby.
One must know what body type is he/she. It’s very much important to know this, as knowing this can help you to achieve your goal easily, as then you can take your diet accordingly, and your workout routine too.

Let’s move on to the topic
There are basically three body types





·      ECTOMORPH.
·      ENDOMORPH.
·      MESOMORPH.


ECTOMORPH 



These are the body types which are lean, long, slim, Ectomorph are not so lucky.

Having this body type peoples are “HARD GAINER”. They really need to work hard for putting on some muscles mass. They really face many problems in building muscles as they are not fat storage type.


Now how to recognize that you are ECTOMORPH or not, so following are the characteristics of ECTOMORPH




Have Long arms and legs.
Have Small shoulders.
They have lightly muscled body.
And have small chest and butt size (flat buttock and chest).
Has very Low body fat
They are most probably skinny (Sometime due to malnutrition they become extremely skinny).
Have Small joints.



SO IF YOU HAVE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS, THEN YOU TOO ARE  ECTOMORPH AND NEED TO WORK MORE HARDER ON YOUR BODY.





MOVING ON TO THE SECOND BODY TYPE



ENDOMORPH



 These are the body type, which are really not lucky if they want to be slim or lean.

Endomorphs play the game of Weight Loss on extreme difficulty. These are peoples with wider waist, large bone structures, and are easily to storing fat instead of building muscle or getting lean. But can easily build a good muscle if hitting gym daily or doing exercise with a good diet plan.




How can you know if you are Endomorph?

Following are the characteristics of the Endomorph body type



They can Gain weight easily.
But Losses weight slowly.
Has a Good ability to gain muscle, as they can store fat and calories, so can use those calories to build muscles.
But has slow digestion, the digestion system isn’t good.
Has excellent tolerance to fasting
But the main thing is that, they have really slow metabolism.
Large amount of fat accumulation
Often fatigue easily
Insatiable appetite
They
Try various diet and exercise programs to failure, but
Cannot seem to drop weight
Eat larger meals or several smaller sized meals



SO IF YOU ARE ONE OF THEM YOU CANNOT LOOSE WEIGHT EASILY BUT CAN BUILD YOUR MUSCLES FASTER IF YOU ARE WORKING OUT. If you are struggling to lose weight, or you put on fat easily, you MIGHT be an Endomorph.




MOVING ON THE THIRD BODY TYPE, THAT IS MESOMORPH


MESOMORPH or say muscular


 These are the body type, Who are too much lucky yes!! they are.

Mesomorphs are the “lucky ones.” As they have medium bones, with solid torso, low fat levels and have wide shoulders with a narrow waist.
The peoples having this body type are really lucky, they can easily build up muscles and without storing fat, you can say they really have a god gifted body.





So how can you know if you are luckiest one, means having a Mesomorph body type?
Following are the characteristics of a Mesomorph body type

They are naturally lean.
They are naturally muscular.
Are naturally strong without doing exercises
They have medium sized joints and bones.
Has really a wider at the shoulders and the hips.
Male have V shape, while ladies have a perfect defined body shape.
Has a broad body, having broad chest than abdominal area.



SO IF YOU ARE ONE! THEN BUDDY YOU ARE THE LUCKIEST ONE AMONG ALL THE OTHER BODY TYPE!! LEANING OR BUILDING MUSCLES WILL NOT BE DIFFICULT FOR YOU.
