Hello, guys are you too one of them who are suffering from constipation or poor digestion system? Or are you making frequent trips to washroom, but are not satisfied. Or you aren’t aware that you are suffering from poor digestion system. Are you two scared of washroom, that you gonna have pain due to hemorrhoids.....




//THE TWO MAIN FACTOR ON WHICH POOR DIGESTION DEPENDS ARE//



ü WASHROOM (TOILET) Frequent trips: Such condition happens when you are making (3 to 4) trips to toilet, which surely means that your entire stool (waste food) is not getting out of your body at once. This means you have poor ball movement. Means if you are taking 5 meals a day and so you are going 5 times to washroom.

ü NO -WASHROOM (TOILET) constipation: Such condition happens when you are taking 4 to 5times big meals a day, and aren’t going to washroom whole day or even 2 days. Means your stool (waste foods) is not coming out of your body.
This is because, especially if you are on gaining mode or bulking you are taking 5-6 or 7-8 big meals a day, but the food isn’t digesting properly because of poor digestion system.

Ø WEAKNESS- You are eating big-big meals a day and about 6 to 7 times but still you are feeling weakness, it’s because the food you are eating is not digesting properly, because of poor digestion system of your body, in result of which all the nutrients from  foods are flowing into your blood stream properly. And that’s why you feel weakness, even after eating 6 to 7 big meals a day. It’s normal if you are not getting even the average nutrients a normal body requires to work and function properly, you will definitely feel weakness.



Ø No PROPER DIGESTION- The food which you’re eating comes out, which means totally waste of the food, you get no nutrition as your digestion system is not that much strong to digest the food you eat. You are aware that everything is coming without proper digestion. All because of your body poor digestion system.



*   Good digestion is really very important, either you’re building muscles (gaining weight/workout/exercises/athlete) or not (normal life), it doesn’t matter, it’s necessary for all human being to have a good digestion system. A good digestion system not only makes you healthy but also fills your whole day with power pack energy and freshness to do anything.


   So the main thing you need to focus on your body is too improve your poor digestion system,


   The study says that two big and main reason or factors for your poor digestion are:-


1. BACTERIAL IMBALNCE: In our human body these bacteria are present inside the gut in the intestinal area.

Inside our stomach there are two types of bacteria present
·       Good bacteria (about 85% in intestinal area).
·       Bad bacteria (about 15% in intestinal area).

Now due to the bacterial imbalance frequent food (waste) comes out of your body through ball movement by anus.
In result of which the nutrients doesn’t goes into blood stream
By nutrients I mean to say (Amino acid, glucose, fatty acid) doesn’t comes in the blood due to which your body gets zero nutrition, resulting in weakness and illness. Because of no roper ball movement


        So here’s what goes on when you   proper ball movement :
  1. ·       Eats food.
  2. ·       Proper digestion.
  3. ·       Goes to small intestine.   
  4.           Then to the blood streams.
  5. ·       And all the nutrients gets absorbed & utilized.
  6. ·       And finally waste gets out through the ball movement.


Now what happens is that we know that there are two bacteria in our intestinal area (Good bacteria and Bad bacteria).



GOOD BACTERIA: The good bacteria, breaks down the starchy and sugary food and fibbers. And helps to absorbs the nutrients properly and digest the food properly,

But nowadays life style has changed a lot, we do excess smoking and alcohol drinking, eat sugary and fatty food having lots of cholesterol in it, and what we get? Is no nutritional value food, food with empty calories, and that’s where the problem starts.


These types of food & things are reducing amount of good bacteria of our body. These types of foods are increasing the amount of toxic element in our body and increasing the amount of bad bacteria too. Due to which we face the problem of poor digestion and low absorption, and makes frequent toilet trips which isn’t okay so need to do something for BACTERIAL imbalance, to do that we need to increase the amount of our good bacteria in body.


FOOD THAT CAN HELP INCREASE GOOD BACTERIA ARE:

DAHEE (yogurt) & KEFIR: yogurt really helps too much to increase the good bacteria in our body, as you know yogurt is already made up of good bacteria, and when we eat yogurt we allows that good bacteria to get inside our body , resulting in increase of good bacteria.




2. ENZYME DEFICIENCY:-In human body enzymes are present in the pancreas. It helps to break down food inside our stomach. The process of enzymes is that, it breaks down carbohydrate into glucose, protein to amino acid, fat to fatty acid. So in order to cure our enzyme deficiency and improve poor digestion we need to increase the level of enzymes.


So you need to eat enzyme reach food, as it increases enzymes and helps in proper break down of the food.

So what happens when we have low level enzymes in our body?

Inside our body, the pancreas has a pressure when our body gets low amount of enzymes from the food we eat,
You are putting pressure on the pancreas to break down the food. When enzymes are coming low from your diet, the pressure on the pancreas increases due to which poor digestion or approx no digestion occurs.



So here are the tips to increase the enzyme level.


FOODS: Fruits and Green vegetables and raw foods like-
Raw salad (tomato, onion, cabbage, cucumber) with no salt, these vegetables will help you break down roti (chapatti) and rice and fruits like papaya & pineapple, helps your poor digestion system to get healthy as they contain fibers and pepsin in it which increases the softness of stool, absorption of nutrients, and improves the ball movement.



NO PROPER CHEWING: - The is the main reason, When you don’t chew food properly your digestion becomes poor your chances for frequent trips to washroom increases,
This is also known as pre digestion it happens only when we chew the food properly, when we chew the food, the enzyme of foods gets mix up with the saliva of your mouth, which leads to break down of food, which is too much necessary,

So give time to eat foods like (oats, rice) bite by bite, chew eat bite at least 15-25 seconds a bite.


3. NO FIBRE IN DIET, which leads to constipation problem, when the diet you eat doesn’t contain fibre in it, you face the problem like- no or bad ball movement, waste food get stuck in the intestine
Due to low or no fiber (soluble and insoluble) as soluble fiber is responsible for making the stool smooth, that prevents from getting problems like hemorrhoids (bawaseer), blood vessels swelling, inflammation feeling and pain near the anus area
