HOW TO
BURN BODY FAT
HEY!! Guys so here we are with really an
interesting topic, you may be waiting for, I know you may be also one of them, who
are curies to know that how they can lose their body fat,
NOTE- By losing body fat, it doesn’t
mean I am talking about losing weight.
Losing body fat and losing weight are
two different things,
Losing weight means, you will lose body
fat +muscles +calories etc. Means you are losing muscles too, mostly happens
with over weighted persons, whereas when we talk about losing Body fat it means
by losing the extra stored energy in the form of body fat. This helps your body
to get a proper definition, which is really very important now a day.
In today lifestyle, peoples are
becoming unconscious about their diet and nutrition which in terms makes their
body fat and they look bad, which in result make them unhealthy.
SO GUYS LET US JUST MOVE ON TO THE MAIN
TOPIC, LET US FIRST KNOW THAT,
HOW DO BODY STORES FAT
(Stored energy)
Let us take example of stomach area, It
happens like this, when you are eating 5 to 6 meals a day whether you exercise
or not, and each meal is containing high amount of carbohydrates in it.
The thing that happens is that, when
you eat the carbohydrate reach food, the food after digestion gets converted
into glucose and then, the glucose flows into your blood streams through you
veins, and get stored in your MUSCLES GLYCOGEN you can call it muscles glycogen
tanks. This fills up your muscles glycogen tanks till brim.
Then what happens, that if you do any
physical exercises or workout the stored energy gets burn, but when you are
doing nothing more than rest. The main thing that happens is that, now your
muscle glycogen tank is full and when next day again you eat 5 to 6 big meals,
each meal full
Of carbohydrate,
Your muscle glycogen gets overloaded
(spill over) and starts to leak; now where will it go?
Yes you are thinking right, in your
tummy areas and your stomach will start getting bloated, the glucose gets
stored in the stomach area in the form of fat (stored energy).
Every day you are taking high amount of
carbohydrates in your diet, which in result is increasing your fat cells, your
stomach is expanding day by day, and this is what you call fat as carbohydrates
are spilling over your glycogen each day.
No matter the carbohydrate is
simple/complex, it will end up increasing you body fat.
The stomach skin layer is increasing
day by day which causes the bloated/heavy stomach because of high carbohydrate
meals,
KNOW WHAT?
Peoples, who are not working out, mean
to say by normal peoples, who are having almost no physical activity,
They must be taking at least 4 to 5
meals a day full with carbohydrates; either you are eating cereals, rice, brown
bread, roti (chapatti), potatoes and sugary foods like tea, sweets, sugarcane
juice, etc. The main thing that happens with them is their muscles glycogen
tanks get filled up to the brim really fast, compared to the people doing
workout or any type of physical activity on daily basis. So now you know how
body fat or glucose is stored in the body, in the form of fat. So now let us
know how can we burn stupid body fat
How to burn fat
You be like, oh I don’t stupid ugly
body fat on my body, yes why not surely who don’t want the body fat to be below
9%.
So guys let us move on to the topic.
How can you deplete the level of body fat?
Number 1
Start
doing the workout, go out, come on and move to a gym and start doing workout on
daily basis. Yes daily, remember if you really want to deplete your body fat
you will need to work for it.
Get
a Diet and a proper fat burning meal plan from your trainer in order to burn
body fat
For
an example let me give you a common diet plan for your fat loss program. You
can even follow my program for burning some real body fat.

– “C” stands for carbohydrates and “N C” for no carbohydrates.

In
the above table I have given you a program to be followed for losing the body
fat, in this as you can see I have given a whole day meal. As if you are doing
workout on daily basis the calories stored will be burned up in the form of
energy, the burning of energy depends upon the amount protein intake you take
Here
the process is reversing, as our body is utilizing the energy stored as fat and
calories
The
stored energy is converted into the energy to be used, it happens because when
you have stopped the carbohydrate intake in your body the process get reversed
and when body is not getting the glycogen from the stored area it starts using
the stored energy that is in the form of “fat” as the “muscle glycogen” tank is
depleting
When glycogen is
depleting and your body is not getting carbohydrate from your diet, now the
body starts generating the energy from the fat stored, as for any type of
physical activity a body needs glycogen to convert it into energy and utilize
it in physical activity.
And this keep
continuing until you are in a caloric deficient pattern or you can say diet.
Sunday
yes as you may
clearly see that I have given Sunday as whole day carbohydrates, on Sunday you
can take carbohydrate reach foods whole day, till your muscle glycogen tank gets
filled up, because if you take more than that, the glucose will again get
stored in the form of fat,
Wait what that
means all your hard work and sacrifices will go waste??
Yes!! So be
clever do not take excess amount of carbohydrates......
And then when
your glycogen tank gets filled up, then next day again follow the same weight
loss program table...

Now your body
will use muscle glycogen tank for supplying the energy to the body, and the
moment it will get empty, the body will again start using your stored body fat
to use as energy by converting it in energy....
Take a note about this
Before this let
suppose “c” for calorie, “p” for protein and “f” for fat.
Now note that
when your
C p¯ f
Means if your
carbohydrate is high (2gm per pound body weight) your protein
should be low (1gm per pound body weight) and your fat
should be high (0.5 to 1 gm per pound body weight), and when your
C¯ p f
Means if your
carbohydrate is low (1gm per pound body weight) your protein
should be high (2gm per pound body weight) and your fat
should be high (0.5 to 1 gm per pound body weight)
As because both
the things carbohydrates and protein should not be same, as it can cause
instant or sudden drop/gain in body fat and Because of this you won’t be able
to see or you will not get the real result you are willing for...
Things to be added in your diet stack
1. Green
tea
2. Apple
cider
3. Green
vegetables
4. Coffee
5. Lemon
tea
6. Lemon
water
7. Honey
and water in morning.
