Yes the wait is over, so let us know how long does it take to build abs? Either you are male/female/teenager/or elder. By building abs I don’t mean by just a lining of abs, I mean by their (Abs) actual clear visibilities. 1.   30 % body fat to 9% body fat- It goanna take almost 42 weeks about 10 months or a whole year, as a year contains 12 months only if you follow a proper diet + exercise +rest routine. As 30% body fat means you really have a bad and an unhealthy lifestyle.

2.   20% body fat to 9% body fat- It goanna take almost 22 weeks about 5 to 6 months only if you follow a proper diet + exercise +rest routine. As 20% body fat means you really have a normal and an average lifestyle.

3.   And if you have 15% body fat than 15% body fat to 9% body fat- It goanna take almost 12 weeks about 3 to 3 and half months, only if you follow a proper diet + exercise +rest routine. As 15% body fat means you really have a good and healthy lifestyle.


You can also calculate it simply by subtracting 0.50% for each day.
Now moving on to the second category

In this let suppose a guy taking
Proper Diet
Proper Exercise
 Proper Rest
And + supplement (good supplement)


In this case the guy is literally having a proper diet +clean which mean no foods like paratha, rice, potato, Bread, pasta, and even fruits as fruits contain sugary substances in it, no oily substances +proper nutrition + proper exercises like you might be hitting the gym or doing the physical workouts in the gym. Twice a day and is regular to gym whole week means you are training your multiple muscles twice a day. Abs and cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening, actually you are doing a intense hardcore exercise + you are taking a proper sleep of about 8 to 9 hours a day.
